Kevin was brilliant - my front door lock had stuck locked and he unlocked and replaced my lock - Kevin came round in 30 mins of me calling and got everything sorted. Brilliant!

Excellent work. Spent time on phone initially to identify the problem and took real interest and care explaining what the issues the faulty lock when he came to mend the upper door lock. Even pointed out that the main lock was enough for security and insurance. A really honest opinion, as I could have not gone on with replacement. Glad I did as Kevin took care to match the new fitting with existing hardware, make 'as new' the drilled area in the door frame and even adjusted the door closure so it no longer sticks and the main lock is now balanced. Left no mess. All this and yet he would not charge more than the agreed amount for all his work and time. Really impressed, a pleasure to see him work on this with care and to chat to as pleasant throughout. Thank you. Really appreciated.

I am hard to please but on this occasion the service from Mr Kevin Lamb was second to none. The lock on our UPC door required two hands to operate because of my misunderstanding. But within a short while it was fixed to perfection and operates like touching a feather! And the charge was extremely reasonable. Well Done Mr Lamb.

Really pleased with the service I received today. I rang this morning because the lock on my front door wasn’t working and Kevin came out within the hour. He explained what the problem was and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. We had a stuck key in a temporarily fitted UPVC door which was already difficult to close and lock. Kevin was conscious that we didn't want to spend too much on a temporary door and took time to explain clearly the options available. Once we'd arrived at a decision he got on with the job very efficiently. The door is now easy to open, close and lock! We then explained that we needed to change the barrel on another lock and Kevin showed how we could easily perform the task ourselves. In short we are extremely pleased with the service. Thank you!

Great service - we were locked in the house and Kevin was with us within the hour despite us having called other local locksmiths with no luck! He was quick to free us and diagnose the issue and chatted us through our options including pricing before doing the work.
